Property valuation: An official valuation of the property’s value by an accredited body is required to confirm that the property’s value meets the Golden Visa requirements.
Letter from the bank: If the property is financed by a loan, a letter from the bank confirming the financing is required. This letter must set out the details of the loan and confirm that the approved local bank has financed the purchase of the property.
Bank statements: Bank statements showing financial transactions relating to the purchase of the property. These statements must prove that you have invested the necessary funds and that the transactions were carried out in accordance with local laws.
